Welcome to Devoted to Flourish. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of devotedtoflourish.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
Devoted to Flourish creates faith-centered journals, planners, and digital resources for Christian women. For questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
2. Products
We are currently in pre-launch. The following is available:
- The Take Inventory Journey — a 90-day guided hardcover journal ($32), currently open for waitlist signup ahead of launch
- Seed & Soil — our free 3-day reset, available via waitlist signup
Once the journal is available for purchase, the ordering, shipping, and returns terms below will apply.
We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, but colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing. We reserve the right to update product details, descriptions, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely through WooCommerce Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors).
4. Shipping
- Journals are printed on demand and shipped directly to you by our print partner, Mixam.
- Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided at checkout. These are estimates only; delays due to printing capacity or carrier issues are outside our control.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- We currently ship worldwide, based on Mixam’s available shipping destinations. Shipping times and costs vary by location.
5. Returns & Refunds
Journals are printed and shipped on demand by our print partner, Mixam, directly to you. Because each journal is lovingly printed just for you, we’re not able to accept returns for a change of heart — but we absolutely stand behind the quality of what you receive.
Damaged, defective, or lost orders: Please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery (or, for lost packages, within 3 days of your expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of the issue. Reporting promptly helps us resolve it quickly with our print partner.
Print quality issues (such as ink, binding, or page defects): Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Claims submitted after these windows may not be eligible for a replacement or refund, as they fall outside our print partner’s claim period.
Where a claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Refunds, when issued, will be returned to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Digital products: Seed & Soil and other digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, given the nature of digital goods.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including journal prompts, designs, brand imagery, copy, logos, and Seed & Soil — is the property of Devoted to Flourish and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content or products without our express written permission. Purchasing a journal or planner grants you a license for personal use only.
7. Digital Downloads
Free or paid digital resources (such as Seed & Soil, our 3-day reset) are for your personal use only. You may not share, forward, resell, or redistribute digital files.
8. Blog Comments & User Conduct
If you comment on our blog, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Avoid posting content that is abusive, spammy, defamatory, or unrelated to the post
We reserve the right to remove any comment at our discretion and to block users who violate these guidelines. See our Privacy Policy for details on how comment data is collected and used.
9. Newsletter & Email Communications
By subscribing to THE POUR or requesting a free download, you agree to receive email communications from us via MailPoet. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
10. Disclaimer
Our journals and planners are designed to support reflection, faith, and personal growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek support from a licensed professional or emergency services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devoted to Flourish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or any outcome related to personal reflection or journaling practices.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Clayton County, Georgia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
